Leah McCreary

Since 2014, Leah has led the human resources function where she maximizes the natural talents of the workforce to create value. Prior to joining Franklin Madison, she served as Chief People Officer at Gibson Guitar Corporation. Leah is a hang gliding pilot, high-adventure enthusiast, and musician, and has two young daughters who named their fish, “Fourth.” She graduated from the University of North Alabama with a BS in Entertainment Industry Business, and earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
