If you are one of the millions of families coast to coast who count their pets as members of the family, the cost of healthcare shouldn’t be prohibitive when they need veterinary care. That’s why, in conjunction with the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance program, we are now proud to offer pet insurance plans to our financial institution partners. This effort, which can help Americans across the country more easily afford to keep their pets happy and healthy, is part of a strategic partnership with The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Growing Demand

According to Robert Dudacek, our president and CEO, 2.16 million pets were insured in the United States in 2018, which is an 18 percent increase from 2017. Recognizing the growing demand for families to have access to reliable pet insurance, we made the decision to partner with the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance program due to their impeccable reputation and decades of experience in the field.

We believe by combining that extensive knowledge of the pet insurance industry with our smarter marketing approach to innovative insurance products, our financial institution partners will be able to reach consumers efficiently with a product that will deliver higher consumer and member retention rates.

Adding to Our Product Line

Like many of the products in our already robust line of insurance options, our pet insurance plans will be offered through digital marketing channels. By offering an option for pet insurance to the consumer, we provide another opportunity for long-term financial security. Currently, coverage is for dogs and cats and covers vet bills relating to exam fees, diagnostic tests, and treatment for eligible accidents, illnesses, hereditary conditions, behavioral issues, and more! Plan options are flexible and allow you to choose your annual limit, reimbursement percentage, and annual deductible to help fit your budget.

If you’re one of the 3,500 financial institutions that has chosen to partner with Franklin Madison, contact us today to learn how pet insurance can help deliver this exciting product to your customers and members.
