Sales Coordinator- Part Time

Job Objective:  The Part Time Sales Coordinator will provide key sales presentation and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to the Sales and Client Services division.  The successful candidate can effectively strategize as well as execute tactically. The individual will proactively identify improvement opportunities and bring forward creative solutions that help the company’s overall sales delivery and results. The ideal candidate will be willing to challenge the status quo and drive change.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of sales-related presentations and marketing toolkits by partnering with, but not limited to the following divisions: Sales, Product, Finance, and Client Services.
  • Collaborate across the team to develop sales and market tools for delivery by the sales & client teams
  • Manage the workflow of clients and prospects through the workflow to ensure sales execution
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify opportunities, and propose improvements
  • Create Executive Summaries and Sales Presentations
  • Coordinate the sales and/or the client services teams by managing calendars and communicating relevant information for the Executive team
  • Schedule Conference calls that facilitate the delivery of key department meetings and/or sales presentations
  • Enforce brand guidelines across all Franklin Madison corporate materials
  • Perform Administrative duties for Executive Level and Sales Team: manage calendars, complete expense reports, book travel

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities preferred:

  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word), written and presentation skills
  • Ability to take concepts and bring to life in visual and design materials
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated and able to work in cross-functional teams
  • Eye for detail, create consistency across multiple collateral channels
  • Able to prioritize work, deal with multiple deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
