Enterprise Sales -Regional Vice President

Overview:

The Enterprise Sales Executive position is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with customers. This role will proactively develop large opportunities for the following Franklin Madison services:

  • Marketing Services – clients who contract with Franklin Madison for creative or data modeling services
  • Data Services – clients who contract with Franklin Madison for Data Hub or custom data analytics services
  • Digital services
  • Admin services
  • Strategic program or product relationships
  • Strategic alliances

Key Responsibilities:

  • This individual will primarily focus on sourcing business development opportunities for the Franklin Madison Marketing Services/Agency Revenue business. This individual may also identify other opportunities for the company outside of Marketing Services/Agency Services
  • This individual must have solid networks beyond traditional financial institutions including:
    • Insurance Carriers
    • Third Party Marketers
    • Channel Marketers
    • Outsourcing Alliance Prospects and Partners
    • InsureTech/FinTech
    • Others as identified
  • Business Development leader focused on building, establishing and maximizing new relationships for the company beyond traditional markets and traditional business models
  • Work closely with the Franklin Madison marketing and creative agency teams to effectively deliver services proposals and meet client needs
  • Strategic resource with the ability to pull together opportunities through key internal resources
  • Partner with Franklin Madison executives and teams to identify key company strengths and capabilities and bundle or develop those services in to external client value propositions
  • Understands the financials of the company and of business development opportunities and ensures that new business opportunities contribute and align
  • Will implement and facilitate a formal new opportunity evaluation process including scoring, presentation and decisioning amongst internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to bring teams and prospects together to deliver on solutions that meet the needs of both parties
  • Manage complex contract negotiations with prospective partners
  • Will collaborate with SME’s throughout the company as well as other external FM Sales Team members
