Digital Marketing Specialist – Part Time

Job Objective:  The Specialist will play an important role in developing the strategy and driving the execution of digital advertising and communications tactics. The successful candidate can effectively strategize as well execute tactically. The individual enjoys problem solving by developing creative solutions and proactively identifying process improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will be willing to challenge the status quo.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Social media strategy development, campaign execution & tracking
  • Management of company social media accounts
  • Developing, deploying & managing a comprehensive B2B digital advertising dashboard
  • Collaboration in the development of Franklin Madison landing pages
  • Serving as a key contributor to the company’s website 2.0 initiative
  • Updating the corporate website with new and engaging content.
  • Enhancing the level of engagement across social media platforms through various tactics
  • Researching and bringing forward best practices in the digital communications space
  • Tracking digital (web & social ) leads and engaging the team appropriately
  • Supporting the development of content as well as distribution across multiple channels (sales tools, blog posts, webinars, articles)
  • Actively focusing on company brand and consistency in all materials and messaging

 

Educational Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing or relevant field

 

Critical areas of Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), written and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated and able to work in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize work, and deliver results across multiple deadlines
