Content Marketer

Marketing and Communications

We’re looking for a Content Marketer to join our growing B2B marketing and communications team!


  • Support and drive the execution of Franklin Madison’s B2B marketing, communications and public relations initiatives
  • Content creation that builds the Franklin Madison brand and is targeted at our audiences of banks and credit unions, including bylined articles, press releases, infographics, video content, blog posts, eBooks, and speaking opportunities
  • Collaboration with creative, communications, sales, product, and HR teams to support their content creation needs and ensure consistency of messaging across the company
  • Manage and drive deployment of company’s social media strategy and tactics
  • Manage the “news” section of
  • Contribute to content strategy growth through ongoing research of best practices. Stay abreast of B2B marketing, communications, and PR industry trends
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and improve the Communications infrastructure and processes
  • Maintain team’s status tracking within
  • Collaborate across internal teams to provide communications support relative to various initiatives, updates, and changes

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English, or Business Administration
  • At least 3-5 years of communications, marketing, PR, and/or journalism experience (B2B audience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and visual
  • A strong understanding of finding the right tone and message for social channels, especially LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Strong personal initiative and follow-through
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively across all organizational levels
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail
