(September 19, 2024) – Franklin Madison is thrilled to announce the addition of Dawn Goldbacher, to our leadership team. Dawn joins us as the VP Insurance Services Sales, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in the banking and insurance industries.
Dawn’s impressive career spans leadership roles at top financial institutions, including her most recent position at Prudential, where she led Simplified Solutions Sales and Distribution. During her 16+ years at Prudential, Dawn was instrumental in shaping the strategy, management, and execution of life insurance sales. Her broad expertise includes working in bank advisor sales organizations, leading sales teams, and driving key strategic insurance projects, making her an exciting addition to the Franklin Madison team.

In addition to her professional achievements, Dawn is highly regarded in the industry for her contributions to various panels, speaking circuits, and organizations. She has served on the Board of Directors for the American Bankers Insurance Association and remains active with industry groups such as BISA and LIMRA.
Dawn holds an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and an M.S. from Boston University. She is also an avid pickleball player and a dedicated volunteer.
